Are you wanting better credit?
Credit clinics are often held by legal aid groups or nonprofits such as our 501(c)(3). At one of our Credit Clinics, you can speak with an attorney or paralegal and get help resolving credit issues at no cost.
Credit scores and reports are fluid and have no memory. This means that imperfect credit can be resolved quickly and legally so you can achieve your goals. Better credit starts with participating in one of our free Credit Clinics.
Why Participate In Our Credit Clinics?
Our Credit Clinics can assist participants address inquiries, charge-offs, collections, and other derogatory remarks appearing on their credit reports impacting their credit scores.
Additionally, participants can be assisted by adding new positive trade lines to strengthen their credit profiles as well as reducing high revolving utilization to immediately increase credit scores.
Credit Clinics can sometimes facilitate lawsuits against creditors, credit bureaus, and even government entities.
Our Credit Clinics are conducted either by phone or by Zoom for your convenience.
Is A Credit Clinic Just Credit Repair?
Absolutely not. Credit repair is often a simplistic method of disputing negative items on your credit report and it frequently is not effective.
When credit reporting companies violate your legal rights as established through the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA), you have the right to bring a lawsuit. Credit reporting companies that break the law can be held liable for damages and attorney fees. In the case of a willful failure to comply with the law, the company can be liable for actual or statutory damages and punitive damages.
Thus, credit repair companies are typically not able to leverage legal strategies and remedies to help clients. We can.

Participating in one of our Credit Clinics is free and convenient.
